Krista is the primary government affairs representative.  She utilizes her background and experience gained from working for Montana Legislative Services as a research analyst  to advocate for water right owners and other Agricultural interests.  Krista also serves as the Executive Director for two statewide Agricultural Associations.

Jim Gilman

Water Rights Analyst and Mapping

Jim served his professional career in the Department of Natural Resources and Conservation finishing out as the Adjudication Bureau Chief.  Jim has extensive knowledge in claims filing, claims examination, DNRC water rights database analysis, and mapping.

Karen Nelson

Water Rights Analyst/Historical Research Specialist

Karen has extensive IT experience and is a recognized expert in accessing historical information in a multitude of formats.  Karen's research on historical use is instrumental in water rights analysis.
