Montana Legislative Session
Blake Creek has been actively representing clients in the MT Legislature for over 10 years. We are known for our no nonsense approach to resolving issues including working with legislators, state agencies, and others to come to a resolution as often as possible. We are strong advocates and will work diligently to protect your interests. A thorough conflict check will be conducted to insure that we can represent you without compromising you or other clients.
Legislative Interim
Some of the most complex and important policy work is conducted by interim legislative committees. This period between legislative sessions provides an opportunity for detailed analysis of issues and an opportunity for input from concerned parties. National and Congressional Issues
Many natural resource issues go beyond state level policy and require interaction with Congress. Blake Creek has been actively involved in multiple national activities advocating for or against natural resource policies.
